Feminiq Rides uses the details you provide with a ride request, such as your name, phone number, email address, pickup and destination address, travel date, flight number and any notes, to handle your request, carry out the ride and contact you.
1. Who is responsible
Feminiq Rides in Amsterdam (Chamber of Commerce/KvK 98370545) is responsible for processing your personal data. For questions or requests about your data, email Feminiqrides@hotmail.com or call or WhatsApp +31 6 5722 6515.

2. Which data we use
- Details you enter or send yourself: name, phone number, email address, pickup and destination address, travel date and time, any return trip, number of passengers and luggage, chosen vehicle or tour, your payment choice, flight number, the name of a preferred driver and notes.
- Payment data: whether and when you paid, the amount and any refunds. You enter your bank or card details at SumUp, not on our website.
- Technical data: your IP address and request details, which are needed to deliver and secure the website. To prevent misuse of the form, we briefly keep a hashed code of your IP address.
Name, email address, phone number and the ride details are needed to handle your request; without them we cannot arrange the ride with you. Flight number, preferred driver and notes are optional. There is no automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- The processing is necessary to handle your request and, for a confirmed ride, to perform our agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- We keep data for our accounts because the law requires it (Article 6(1)(c)).
- To secure the website, prevent spam and misuse, and for the anonymous visitor statistics (see section 7), we rely on our legitimate interest in a secure, well-functioning website (Article 6(1)(f)).
- After a completed ride we may send you one email asking how the ride was and whether you would like to leave a review. We do this based on our legitimate interest; if you do not want that email, just let us know.
4. Who we share data with
We only share data when that is necessary to carry out the ride, with service providers we use, or when the law requires it. We use these service providers:
- Vercel (hosting): hosts the website and the server functions and stores the booking records privately (Vercel Blob). Vercel also processes technical data such as your IP address.
- Resend (email): sends the emails about your request, payment and booking to you and to us.
- SumUp (payments): processes the payment through the payment request and any refunds. We only send SumUp the amount, the booking reference and a short description of the ride.
- PDOK (Dutch Land Registry, Kadaster) and Photon by komoot (based on OpenStreetMap): receive the address text you type, to show address suggestions and to calculate the distance for the ride price. Address suggestions are requested directly from your browser, so these services also see your IP address.
- PostHog (servers in the EU): anonymous visitor statistics, see section 7.
- WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to contact us or send a request through WhatsApp. WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy also apply.
- Microsoft (Outlook.com): runs our email address Feminiqrides@hotmail.com, where requests and your emails arrive.
- If another driver carries out a ride for us, that driver only receives the details needed for that ride. We do not sell your data.

5. Data outside the EU
Vercel, Resend, WhatsApp (Meta) and Microsoft are US companies and may process data outside the European Economic Area. The safeguards required by the GDPR apply, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep data
We keep data that the law requires for our accounts for as long as the statutory retention period applies. We keep other data no longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
In practice: a request that does not lead to a confirmed or paid booking is deleted automatically 12 months after the request. Data of a confirmed or paid booking is deleted automatically 7 years after the request, because of the tax retention obligation. The hashed code of your IP address is deleted no later than three days after your last request. We apply the same periods to emails and WhatsApp messages.
7. Cookies and statistics
This website does not set cookies.
We measure anonymously how the website is used, with PostHog (servers in the EU): for example page views, which parts of a page were seen, clicks on the buttons to book, call, WhatsApp or email, and how far someone gets in the booking form (such as the chosen service, route, tour, car, number of passengers and the price). This data never contains your name, email address, phone number, addresses, flight number, notes or booking reference.
To link this data, your browser keeps a random anonymous visitor ID and a session ID in local storage. Each event also contains the page address without personal data, the website you came from, campaign tags from the link, your screen size and browser details; PostHog also receives your IP address.
If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we create no ID and nothing is sent.
The website also keeps your language choice in local storage and, while you fill in the form, your ride choices (without personal data) in that tab's session storage. You can remove all of this by clearing the site data in your browser; you then get a new anonymous ID.
The statistics are kept for as long as our PostHog project keeps them. You can ask us to delete data linked to your anonymous ID.
8. Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data and you have other rights under the GDPR, such as restriction of processing, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and data portability. Contact us on +31 6 5722 6515 or at Feminiqrides@hotmail.com. We reply within one month. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
9. Security and changes
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and booking records are stored privately; only those who need the data for your ride have access to it. We update this statement when the website or the law changes; the date at the top shows when that last happened.
