# Feminiq Rides

> Chauffeur service in Amsterdam run by a qualified female executive chauffeur, with her own BMW 5 Series Touring and a Mercedes V-Class.

Feminiq Rides is registered under KvK 98370545 and VAT NL005329705B04. It is open to everyone; customers can choose a female driver. Service hours are 04:00 to 20:00 daily, Europe/Amsterdam time. Prices are in EUR and include 9% VAT. Services include fixed Schiphol transfers, business and executive rides, private rides on request, return trips and private driving tours. Fixed rides need 2 hours' notice. Rides on request need 24 hours' notice.

Every ride is a request first: nothing is charged when it is sent. Feminiq Rides confirms availability and the price personally, then sends a payment request (SumUp) for 25% of the ride price, or the full price when the customer chose that. Rides requested together (a return trip, or rides added right after a request) are confirmed together and paid with one payment request. The booking is final once that payment is received and the ride is confirmed. Any remainder is paid on the day of the ride by card or payment request. Cancelling more than 24 hours before pickup returns the deposit; within 24 hours the 25% deposit is not refunded, as far as the law allows. If Feminiq Rides cancels, the full deposit is refunded. A return trip is priced as a second ride.

Fixed Schiphol fares apply to addresses inside the zone of each route. An address outside every route zone gets no fixed fare: the quote and the request are refused with error address_zone and the customer books a single ride instead (24 hours' notice, price confirmed personally). Single rides for 5 to 8 passengers are priced from the taxibus meter tariff (the official 2026 maximum for a taxi van), others from the car meter tariff, both 20% lower. Hotels and towns named without a postcode are placed by a server-side lookup. For a typical trip the route pages also show the official 2026 meter maximum, and train and Schiphol parking costs, next to the fixed fare.

At Schiphol the driver meets passengers at a meeting point agreed in advance outside the arrivals hall; there is no Meet & Greet inside the arrivals hall. The first 15 minutes of waiting from the agreed pickup time are free, then waiting is €15 per started 15 minutes. Flight delays should be reported as soon as possible; the pickup time is adjusted where possible. Passengers who cannot find the driver call or WhatsApp +31 6 5722 6515. Attraction entry tickets for tours can be purchased on request with at least 28 days' notice; ticket costs are separate.

Vehicle capacity: BMW 5 Series Touring 4 passengers with at most 3 suitcases and 3 pieces of hand luggage; Mercedes V-Class 7 passengers with room for 6 or more suitcases. Child seats and boosters are free on request, subject to availability.

## Booking with an AI agent (MCP)

- Tools: list_services (routes, tours, cars, prices), get_quote (exact price and quoteToken, no side effects; shown as a card with a Request button in ChatGPT and Claude, in the customer's language), request_booking (sends the booking request), get_booking_status, change_booking and cancel_booking (all need the bookingId and the customer's email; cancel_booking cancels unconfirmed and unpaid requests at once and passes paid bookings to Feminiq Rides, who handles them under the Terms; change_booking needs a fresh get_quote for the changed ride and updates unconfirmed requests at once, re-requests confirmed unpaid ones, and turns paid ones into a change request). list_services also returns the service hours, minimum notice and blocked dates. request_booking needs the same ride fields as the quote, the quoteToken and the customer's name, email, phone and acceptedTerms:true.

- Flow: quote, show the customer the total, how they pay and the Terms, then send the request only after they approve. Nothing is charged when it is sent. The customer first gets an email with a Confirm link (24 hours); after that click Feminiq Rides confirms personally and emails a SumUp payment request. Pass the groupId and groupToken of the first request as joinGroup on further rides to confirm and pay them together.

## API

- OpenAPI contract for the price check (POST /api/quote, no side effects) and ride request (POST /api/book): https://www.feminiqrides.nl/openapi.json
- Call /api/book only after the customer has explicitly approved the quote and read the terms. A request never guarantees availability and charges nothing; payment is requested after personal confirmation. Use the customer's real email address and phone number: requests sent without the website are confirmed by the customer through a link emailed to them before Feminiq Rides sees them, throwaway email addresses are refused, and each email address and phone number can send 5 requests a day.
- Every request must include the unchanged quoteToken returned by /api/quote. Quotes bind the journey, options, payment choice and total for 15 minutes. Changed rules/catalogue, an expired token or a changed journey returns HTTP 409 with reviewRequired:true before anything is stored or sent. Obtain a new quote, show its total and obtain renewed customer approval; do not silently retry or approve for the customer.
- Fixed quote requests require routeId, direction and address; an address outside every route zone fails with address_zone (offer a single ride instead). Custom quote requests require pickup and dropoff. Tour quote requests require tourIds (one to five unique IDs) and a pickup address or hotel in pickup. All types also require car, date, time and passengers; optional payment ("deposit" or "full") and, for fixed and custom rides, returnTrip as an object {date, time, flight?} at least 1 hour after the first ride (the return leg is stored as its own booking; both legs are confirmed together and paid with one payment request). A request additionally needs name, email, phone, acceptedTerms:true and quoteToken (bookingId is optional; the server derives one). Complete examples and per-type constraints are in OpenAPI.
